Texture pack works for all Echo versions

Package includes the following:

- Body texture
- Body normal
- Neck Fluff&Hair texture
- Tail texture
- Rear Wing texture
- Arm Wing texture

WARNING:

This has not been tested for Quest versions, and will require lowering the resolution and some crunch compression to allow uploading.
